Delivery

All our orders are shipped directly from France and delivered to Europe and the United States of America.

We deliver to the following countries: France, United States of America, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Germany, Belgium, Austria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Poland, Romania, Czech Republic, Bulgaria, and Hungary.

Depending on your location, delivery can be made to your home or to a pick-up point via our partner Colissimo.

Delivery times generally vary between 2 and 5 business days in Europe and 5 and 10 business days in the United States, plus approximately 2 days for preparation in our warehouse. As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, you will receive an email containing a tracking link allowing you to track your package in real time.

In the event of loss or theft, our team remains at your disposal to find a suitable solution.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address on our website. For any changes, please contact the carrier directly.
