Returns

If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 14 days from receipt to return it to us. Products must be intact, unopened, and kept in their original packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where we made an error when preparing your order.

The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided that the conditions mentioned above are met. It will be credited to the same bank account used for the initial payment.
